Our Products
Our base is Wholefoods (food as unprocessed and natural as posible), Organic foods and Gluten free foods. Sometimes an item is all three of these, more often one or two.
Our products :
- Contain no artifical sweetners, colours or preservatives.
- Contain no genetically modified ingredients, to the best of our knowledge.
- Are fairtraded and from ethical companies whereever possible.
We are licenced by the Soil Association for our Organic products which lets us pack Organic foods under our own label, giving you a wider range of sizes often not found elsewhere including bulk items.
The Organic standards exclude GM foods in any form, and you will also not find any trans fats, artificial sweeteners, or colours in organic food. We also apply this to our non organic products.

You will find a huge range of well known brands as well as many not so well known ones on our list. We do prefer to support smaller enterprises.
As well as eating healthily we also have a lot of greener toiletries and household products. We have the full range of Ecover cleaning products (refills are available in the shop) and Ecolino household cleaners, Natracare Tampons & Towels, the amazing reusable Mooncup and Keeper, and other environmentally friendly products including ecloths and and evolving range of pens, paper and other stationary products.
We like to offer a Fairtrade choice and we are activly increasing the number of Fairtrade products on our list. All the coffees are Fairtade as are many of the teas; Fairtrade Demerera sugar, Divine Chocolate and Green & Blacks Maya Gold also carry the Fairtrade Mark. We now only sell Fairtrade bananas (in the shop) which taste fantastic.
Tell us what you like. We are always looking out for new and interesting products. We put our personal favourites on the list, but many great things have been introduced by our customers and we really welcome your requests. So if you have a favourite item that we don’t stock yet please let us know. Also we are often able to track down hard-to-find things.
