Mail Order Terms and Conditions

We can deliver anywhere in the UK using Royal Mail or Parcelforce

We will normally dispatch your order within a week and will let you know if there is a delay due to an item being out of stock. But please let us know if you need your order in a hurry, or to a particular deadline and we will do our very best to do this for you

We are happy to take additions as long as we have them in stock – We will always try to contact you with any out of stocks

If your order total is less than £75 postage is £6.50 for Parcelforce 48hr service, or £7.50 for 24hr Parcelforce.

Please note the '24 hr and 48 hr' refer to the time taken from the parcel leaving us, not from when your order is placed - please let us know if you need your order quickly and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

If your order total is over £75, 48hr postage is free (up to 25kg) and 24hr is just an extra £1

Orders with a total over £150, postage is free up to 55kg

Order to Delivery time - Orders are normally sent within 7 days via Parcelforce 48 hour delivery, but don't forget Parcelforce don't work on the week-end.

Delivery Charge: how it works

The delivery charge is determined by three factors:

1. The value of your order –
· Orders below £75.00 and under 25kg in weight will be charged £6.50 delivery for most of the UK (£2.95 for a local delivery Leicestershire and parts of Warwickshire).
· Orders over £75.00, we will deliver one parcel free of charge on the UK mainland (excluding parts of the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland).
· For the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland we will credit you with £6.50 towards the cost of the delivery.
· If your order comes to £150.00 then you qualify for two free parcels, if it is £225.00 then you qualify for three parcels and so on.

2. The Weight of you order –
· For very light orders below 1kg in weight we use Royal Mail and will charge the appropriate postage costs.
· We can send up to 25kg of goods in each parcel before it becomes too heavy to send.
· Therefore, it is sometimes better to juggle your order slightly so that you don’t go over weight.

3. Where you live –
· Leicestershire and parts of Warwickshire – we use a local delivery firm for customers who are close to us, who charge £3.95 per package.
· Mainland UK – we use Parcelforce 48 hour delivery at a charge of £6.50 per package.
· Non-mainland UK and Ireland – we use Parcelforce but the rate will depend on where you live.

Our on-line ordering system will ask your for your Post Code so that it can work out your delivery charge and will in the background work our the weight of your order. As with all systems we may need to adjust the charge, but of course we will let you know before we do this.

Many of our customers adjust their order so that qualify for free delivery as it can offer the best value for money option.
