With our eleven years experience and full organic Soil Association status we can provide you with a friendly, efficient and approachable service whether you order for delivery or come to buy from our shop.

We deliver nationally in the UK via Parcelforce 48 hour delivery with orders being despatched within seven days, but often earlier, we also deliver to Ireland, deliveries to the Irish Republic take an extra day. If you need your order more quickly please let us know.

We also have a shop in Cotesbach Leicestershire where you are welcome to come and browse. We stock more in the shop than we can post.

If you are interested in bulk or catering quantity wholefoods please ring or contact, we also pack our own range of wholefoods that can often show a substantial saving on main brands. Our range of gluten free flour is particularly strong.
