At Naturally Good Food we stock numerous gluten free products many of which are also organic, we know how difficult it can be on a gluten free diet, so we offer a wide choice, among these are :

Gluten is a mixture of proteins found in some cereals, particularly wheat but also in Oats, Rye and Barley. A gluten-free diet is not the same as a wheat-free diet, which can include these other grains.
Some gluten-free foods are not wheat free, usually as a result of deglutination – removing the gluten from wheat. This does not apply to any of our products. Where we say gluten free on this site we mean wheat free too.
