Most UK orders over £40.00 qualify for free delivery and go out within 3 working days of receipt (often sooner).

Products are offered subject to availability and some orders may take up to 5 days; if this is the case, we will contact you.

If you need your order urgently (next day is often possible), or for a particular date or day, please call us on 02476 541990, or let us know when you order, so that we can get your products to you when you need them.

Mainland UK Delivery

Orders over £40 in value and under 28kg in weight are free of postage charges - the website works this out for you as you add items to your basket.

Phone Orders: Please note: free delivery for UK orders placed by phone offline starts at £75, rather than £40.

Highlands & Islands and Ireland postage

You will receive a discount of £6.95 for every £75 that you spend, but you may not qualify for free delivery on these orders.

Delivery to Highlands & Islands is £13.75.

Northern Ireland is £20.00 per parcel on a 24-hour service; £14.50 on a 48-hr service.

Ireland is £14.50 per parcel.

Channel Islands are £10.50 per parcel.

International delivery to Europe

For deliveries to Europe, there is a £6.95 discount off these prices for each £75 that you spend.

Simply put your delivery address in when you check out: the charge will show when you click the green 'See our charges' link.

Delivery Speed

We aim to deliver within 3 working days, as we sometimes need to get items into stock. Overseas orders will take longer to arrive, due to the extra delivery time.

Sometimes we omit items if they've been discontinued or are temporarily unavailable.

If you'd prefer that we don't do this, let us know when you place your order. We can also usually suggest some substitutes.
