Big Oz Organic specialise in puffing and coating grains.
Taking only the pure organic whole grain, remove the outer husk and heat it to a very high temperature inside a sealed drum. The Big Oz specially designed puffing system produces a ‘puff ball’, helping to preserve the original shape of the grain and to maintain maximum nutritional content. Their unique puffing system also gives the grains a delicious roasted flavour.
Big Oz pure grain cereals contain no added salt, sugar, artificial colour or flavour. They are also GM free, naturally cholesterol and sodium free and low in saturated fat content.
The cereals are ideal for people with a range of special dietary requirements, including people with intolerance to gluten, sugar, additives and yeast, as well as people with certain heart conditions and diabetes, or those requiring low salt diets, or elimination diets for food intolerance testing.
The sweetened cereals are sprayed with a very light coating of organic honey, maple syrup, demerara sugar and glucose. Big Oz do not use any additives, preservatives or e-numbers in any of their products.
