Le Pain des Fleurs. A range of thin, lightly toasted, certified organic crispbreads from France. The Le Pain des Fleurs range is made without egg and contains no fat, dairy or wheat. It is suitable for a gluten-free diet. Community Foods currently offer three varieties of crispbread, which are certified organic by Agriculture Biologique and Organic Fair Trade. This range is designed, developed and produced in France.
Le Pain des Fleurs is a member of AFDIAG (the French association for gluten-intolerance). Le Pain des Fleurs crispbreads comply with the maximum permitted gluten content of 20 ppm (parts per million) in the end-product. Raw materials and end-products are regularly analysed to check for gluten.
Organic crispbreads from Le Pain des Fleurs are guaranteed to be gluten-free: regular analysis is made of the quinoa and rice batches before being ground, and the buckwheat, quinoa, chestnut and rice flours are again analysed before they are used to produce the crispbreads.
