Ecomil almond cream

Added on February 10th, 2012
Found in Dairy Free, Organic

Almond cream is a dairy-free, soya-free alternative to single cream.  It has a slight nutty flavour to it and surprisingly, doesn’t curdle when cooking or used with acidic ingredients such as lemon juice.  This makes it great for cooking in sauces or using in tea and coffee. Ecomil almond cream comes in small cartons of 200ml, so there is no waste. This cream is also good for anyone on a low-cholesterol diet, as it contains no cholesterol – healthier than the real thing! Coming soon to our mail order.
