Almond Cream is a dairy free, soya free alternative to single cream. It has a slight nutty flavour to it and surpisingly doesn’t curdle when cooking or used with acidic ingredients such as lemon juice. This makes it great for cooking in sauces or using in tea and coffee. They come in small cartons of 200ml so there is no waste. This cream is also good for anyone on a low cholesterol diet as it contains no cholesterol – healthier than the real thing! Coming soon to our mail order.
