Gluten Free and Yeast Free Pizza Base

Ingredients
250ml cup cold water
145g maize corn flour
135g rice flour
50g Orgran GFG - Gluten Free Gluten
3g raw sugar
½ tsp. salt
3 tbs. vegetable oil
16g gluten-free baking powder
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F)
Lightly grease pizza tray
1.In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
2.Add cold water and oil, mix well to form soft dough.
3.Knead until smooth and elastic.
4.With oiled fingertips, pat dough onto prepared tray.
5.Top with favourite sauce & toppings.
6.Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
