Crazy Jack raisins are just perfect for Christmas baking, the heart of a good Christmas cake is in the dried fruit and what better brand than Crazy Jack. In the Crazy jack range we have :
Raisins – the Crazy Jack Raisins have a dark, intense, sweet flavour as they are dried directly in the sun – the sugars in the grapes turn dark, giving the raisins their rich caramel flavour and dark colour.
Sultanas – these sultanas have a mellow, rounded flavour, not too sweet and very tasty and coming from Turkey they are ripened with a huge amount of sun.
Mixed Peel – Crazy Jack Mixed Peel is a combination of finely diced lemon and orange peel, preserved in syrup. It contains no added colours, flavours or preservatives and is mainly used as a baking ingredient in cake mixes. The lemon peel comes from Sicily and the orange peel is either from Spain or Brazil.
Mixed Vine fruit – Crazy Jack Mixed Vine Fruit is a combination of Raisins, Sultanas and Currants, it is a traditional blend of fruits for baking rich fruit cakes.
