We have recently added a few new lines to our extensive range of spelt products, of particular interest to the cook is the spelt flour from Doves Farm available in white and wholemeal, these are availale in 1kg bags and for a huge cost saving we also stock the 25kg sacks.
We also stock spelt grain as with the spelt flour the grain is availabe in bulk, this time a 5kg sack, the spelt grain is from Infinity Foods.

We have recently expanded the range of Meridian products we stock so that we now stock the full Meridian range. So for those people who are addicted to peanut butter we can now offer the 1kg pot size which is great value and don’t forget if you want a snack the Peanut Butter and Oat bar is a tasty option.
In the Meridian range there are many gluten free options in addition to the many organic options.

We have just tried a sample of the new Fish4Ever tinned Salmon and it was really tasty, I had some on its own and I also made some salmon fish cakes, just great with baked beans and peas.
As soon as the Salmon becomes available from Fish4Ever we will have it on the shelves. This is a new product to look forward to. For ethical canned fish I don’t think you can do better than fish4ever,
