This is a vegetarian alternative to traditional Suet and is truly gluten free. Previously the veg suet, whilst having no gluten containing ingredients, was not tested for gluten and so could not carry the GF label.
We believe it is suitable for vegans also. On the label it says that it is made without gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, eggs and nuts. Nuts are handled in the same factory but never in the gluten free blending area.

Can be used to replace beef suet in Mincemeat, Christmas Puddings, Dumplings and Suet Pastry.
May have slightly different results to using Beef Suet but it is really easy to use. Simply replace weight for weight.
