Orgran's egg substitute contains no cholesterol, no lactose and no egg. It comes as a powder which readily mixes with water to replace whole eggs, egg yolks or white in your recipes. Full instructions are on the pack. It can be used in cakes, meringues or to make egg free mayonnaise and is vegan. This egg alternative is also great as a store cupboard standby as each packet has the equivalent of 66 eggs. You'll never run out of eggs again!

To replace one whole egg you need 1 teaspoons (3g) of this and 2 tablespoons of water. In some recipes you may find 2 teaspoons (6g) produce better results.
It can even be used to replace stiffly beaten egg whites - all the instructions are on the pack. It won't do scrambled, boiled or poached eggs though (!)
