Lucuma is a Peruvian fruit known as 'the Gold of the Incas' - it's adored for its wonderful taste (something between maple syrup and sweet potato!) and variety of uses. This dried, powdered form of the fruit allows you easily to add natural sweetness to all kinds of dishes.
