A really good starter pack if you are new to sprouting, or don't want to buy a larger bag of them just yet. Perfect for adding to salads and sandwiches, or as a burger topping. Alternatively, simply eat the sprouts just as they are!

When a seed sprouts, it must have enough energy and nutrients to transform itself into a plant.
