Made from organic sprouted wheat, this bread has almost twice the fibre of a standard loaf and is wonderfully filling.
The grain is taken as it sprouts, at its most nutrient-rich point and at a stage when it is most easily digestible. It is further enhanced with dates.
The bread is baked with no preservatives, dairy products or eggs. It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

As their name suggests, Everfresh loaves have a long shelf-life, having been pasteurised to keep them moist. Once opened, it is advised that the loaves are stored in an air-tight container in the fridge and eaten within two-three days.
