Almonds are roasted in their natural brown skins, before being ground to a smooth texture, to produce this delicately salted nut butter.
Useful as a spread and an ingredient in baking and smoothies, this butter is a good natural source of protein and is rich in copper, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium. It also contains useful levels of zinc.

As with all Meridian products, this nut butter does not use palm oil as an emulsifier. If separation of the natural nut oil occurs, simply stir it back in.
