You can use this to completely replace meat in your cooking or to make meat mince go further. This dried soya mince is really high in protein and low in fat and so offers a healthier substitute for meat. Simply soak in water or stock (try adding a little tamari too) for 5 minutes before using, it needs little cooking, around 5 minutes but it will absorb more moisture so make sure you have enough stock or sauce. This mince is made from small soya flakes.
