This is really easy to cook: just place a knob of butter or some olive oil in a pan, add a small glass of white wine or vermouth, stir in the contents of the pack and heat for two minutes. Add 700ml of water and boil for a further 15 minutes. Remove from heat, add oil or butter and mix well, then sprinkle cheese and parsley to garnish.

All of the Organico rice range is grown and packed in Bianze, in the century-old rice-fields of the Northern Po valley. The rice is husked by a stone-mill, which gently preserves its nutritional qualities.
