A large jar of capucine capers - small and tender, with a wonderful flavour. Use them as a condiment or in sauces and salads.
Capers are flower buds, sundried, then pickled in brine. They have a pungent and slightly peppery taste. Rinse them first to avoid adding too much salt to a dish.
