Wholewheat Spaghetti has been made in the traditional way by La Bio Idea in Sicily since 1911, using durum wheat processed in their own mill. The whole range is a little bit special, taking a food as everyday as pasta and adding something extra - their pastas all have a slightly rustic, artisan feel and appearance and are top quality as well as good value.

Add dry pasta to a large saucepan of boiling water (you may like to add a pinch of salt) and boil gently for around 7 minutes. Test and see if it is soft enough for you and enjoy with your favourite organic pasta sauce, or perhaps just with a drizzle of oil, some chopped garlic and chillies.
