These twists of golden corn pasta spirals can be used whenever you have a recipe for pasta fusilli, or spirals. Equally good with a sauce or in a pasta bake or perhaps cooked and chilled as a colourful base for a summer pasta salad. The sun-ripened corn is blended with a little rice for texture and has a lovely corn taste but does not overwhelm other flavours.
