Buckwheat Spirals - Buckwheat spirals are becoming more popular as time goes on. Orgran Buckwheat Spirals have a slight nutty flavour, good with your favourite sauce, but especiallly good with a mushroom sauce, also good in a summer salad. Buckwheat pasta is high protein. Cook in boiling water for 6-10 minutes or until tender, strain and rinse thoroughly under warm running water.
Buckwheat also features in other Orgran Buckwheat products.

Multigrain - The Orgran multigrain pastas are a mix of nutritious rice, sun dried maize and millet; one has added Amaranth and the other Quiona.
