This Hellenic extra virgin olive is the product of the first cold pressing of olives without any refining other than the filtering process of the product. This olive oil is characterized by acidity lower than 0.8 percent, and a lovely aroma and taste.
In Greece, 75 percent of local olive oil production refers to this category, whereas Italy and spain 50 percent and 30 percent respectively.
