Our Organic Cashews normally come from India, and are chosen because they are crisp to the bite and are particularly creamy.
These are good when you don't need the appearance of the whole cashew, as they are a little cheaper than the whole ones, but with all the quality and flavour.

Cashews are great eaten as a snack either by themselves or in a nut mix. Small Cashews and broken pieces are more economical than the whole ones and are rather nice sprinkled on salads. Try lightly coating them with soya sauce and dry frying for a savoury nibble.
If you liquidise them with a little water or soya milk you can make a very acceptable vegan cream alternative.
