Brazil nuts are sweet and rich and can be eaten whole as a snack. They can also be sliced, chopped or ground, and used in a variety of sweet and savoury dishes, such as cookies, cakes, ice-cream and confectionary, as well as salads and stuffings.
Our organic Brazil nuts come from the tropical forests of Bolivia, in the Amazon basin to the west of Brazil. They come to us vacuum-packed - the fresh, crisp taste is a delight.

Brazil nuts are a good source of magnesium, thiamine and dietary selenium. They have a relatively high zinc content and can be a good provider of protein in a vegetarian diet.
