A deliciously tasty dip, made from sun-ripened peppers, picked in Puglia, in southern Italy and ready to use in a small glass jar. The peppers are roasted on the farm, and mixed with onions, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, with a little lemon and vinegar to balance the taste.
