With 82% garlic this is quite tasty, but not nearly as overpowering as you might think. The texture is light and creamy, with almost a mayonnaise taste and it works very well as a dip as well as being good to spread on bread or crackers. The hint of cayenne compliments the garlic to give a gentle zing. Previously Organico had an Aegean garlic spread in the same range (with the same barcode) but this is radically different in taste and texture and, to my taste, better.
