With 82% garlic and a hint of cayenne for a gentle zing, this is a tasty dip that's not nearly as overpowering as you might think. The texture is light and creamy, with almost a mayonnaise taste: it works equally well as a dip as it does on bread or crackers.
Previously, Organico had an Aegean garlic spread in the same range (with the same barcode). This dip is radically different in taste and texture and, to my taste, better.
