This is a lovely variation on plain almond butter: adding coconut is a really fantastic idea, while the little bit of honey just lifts the flavour. It's hard not simply to eat it with a spoon straight out of the jar - but don't take my word for it, try it for yourself.
The almonds are blended with pure coconut and honey, then ground until almost smooth for a delicious indulgent taste.
