Clearspring Sweet White Miso is an organic, short-aged, Kyoto-style miso with a wonderful creamy richness and a slight salty sweetness. This traditional fermented Japanese food is made from whole soya beans and a koji fermentaion culture, naturally aged at ambient temperatures. It has a rich, concentrated and complex flavour.
