Six individual organic mince pies in a snowflake decorated box. The Organic Collection mince pies are made from the best British butter and wheat in Scotland. These mince pies are baked slowly in individual batches with a deliciously butter shortbread pastry and a magical lightly spiced mincemeat that carefully combines acidic and sweet notes, using three types of dried grapes softened and rounded with apple and apricot.
Delicous as they are they are even better warmed through: Heat the oven to 180 C, gas mark 4 and put the pies in their foil dishes in for 8-10 minutes. Take care not to overheat as they don't taste so nice then and you might burn your tongue! Lovely with cream, brandy butter or icecream.
