These mince pies are baked slowly in individual batches with a deliciously butter shortbread pastry and a magical lightly spiced mincemeat that carefully combines acidic and sweet notes, using three types of dried grapes softened and rounded with apple and apricot.
This year we are introducing our mini mince pies, same delicious recipe but smaller and nine to a box (rather than six). These lovely Christmas treats are perfect served warm with cream, vanilla ice cream or brandy butter.
