A bulk sack of these lovely Green Split Peas which take an hour or so to cook and are best soaked overnight first. Its worth the wait though as they make a wonderful simple but delicious soup.(see link below)
They are simply dried, halved green peas, packed full of pea protein and a good source of fibre.
