Bring a large pan of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if required. Add the grains (80g per serving) and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and season to taste. For Soup: Bring water or stock (400ml per serving) to the boil with a pinch of salt if required. Add the grains (80g per serving) along with fresh vegetables if desired. Simmer for 10 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked. Season to taste. *Not recommended for microwaves.
