This is a gluten free blend of flours with seeds to give a useful alternative to wholemeal flour for baking both savoury and sweet recipes. The seeds add an interesting texture as well as extra fibre and nutrition.
Potato starch, eragrostis teff flour, gram flour, sunflower seeds, linseeds, teff grain, poppy seeds, sodium bicarbonate, cream of tartar, Xanthan gum. (NB. Eragrostis Teff is the proper name for the highly nutritious teff plant)
