Wholemeal rice flour, cornstarch, rice flakes, quinoa sour dough powder (wholemeal quinoa flour, rice flour, starter cultures), maize flour, milled golden linseed, thickener (carob bean gum), baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acifidation agent: cream of tartar, cornstarch), sea salt, thickener (xanthan).
