Hemp seeds are rich in Omega 3 oils and are naturally gluten free. This flour is made from the ground seeds and retains all the goodness and nutty flavour. It is quite a strong taste and as the flour is gluten free you may wish to experiment when using it in bread - it is well worth trying and a great way to add extra nutrition in your cooking and baking.
