Quinoa flour has a subtly earth and nutty flavour, working well in both sweet and savoury baking. It's great for cakes, cookies and biscuits, as well as making excellent pancakes, tortillas, pies and breads. Gluten-free.

Quinoa flour can be used alone, as with rice, gram or corn flour, or mixed in a 50:50 ratio with other flours. If using in batters and doughs, leave to rest for at least an hour to ensure best results. Try toasting before use for a nuttier flavour.
