This pale golden chick pea (garbanzo) flour is also known as Gram Flour and is used traditionally in Indian cooking to make batter for Pakoras and Bhajjis. It can be used to thicken soups and if mixed with an equal amount of water you can use it as an egg replacer in vegan cooking.
