Wholegrain oat groats are chopped and rolled to produce these robust, nutritious and flavourful flakes. Naturally high in insoluable fibre they also have high levels of manganese, phosphorus and selenium.
Use as you would oat flakes, in artisan bread, porridge or muesli.
