Porridge oat flakes are smaller than Jumbo as they are rolled from pinhead oats, which is where the wholegrain has been chopped into three. They cook down to make a smoother porridge than Jumbo Oats and work well in flapjacks. Like all Oats they are wholegrain and high in fibre.
