A big bag of these naturally sweet and dark sun dried apricots, soft enough to eat straight from the bag. I mainly eat them because thay are delicious, but they are rich in beta carotene and lycopene and so can be considered a heart-healthy fruit. These dried apricots also are high in iron, which surprised me, but does give another good reason to reach for apricots rather than chocolate.
