Sweet and rich, chewy and sticky, dates are perfect for snacking or for use in both sweet and savoury dishes. Just like a toffee, but much better for you!
These Iranian dates are packed with potassium, iron and calcium and rich in vitamins A, C, E, K and B-6. Grown in very dry climates, the date palm is an incredibly resilient plant and provides a reliable source of income for farmers in difficult environments.
