Goji berries are sometimes called 'wolf berries' (their botanical name is lycium barbarum). They're a small red fruit, mostly sourced from China.
Goji berries add a splash of colour to both sweet and savoury dishes. With a subtly fruity taste that's not overly sweet, they're a really good source of vitamins C and A, and rich in zinc, iron, fibre and antioxidants. Can you see why many consider them a superfood?
