Dairy-free alternatives from Naturally Good Food
If you don't have conventional milk as part of your diet, don't panic: you don't need milk to remain healthy. (Indeed, man has only comparatively recently started to drink dairy milk, and many cultures don't have dairy as part of their diet.)
However, you may need to check that your diet contains enough of the following:
As we mostly sell wholefoods, the vast majority of the lines we stock are naturally dairy-free. This section is dedicated to those items that usually contain dairy, but in this case do not. Many of our products are labelled as 'dairy-free' where we feel it is appropriate to do so.
