This Cider vinegar is made from simply cold pressed organic apple juice. A Cyder vinegar which retains all the naturally produced enzymes as it is not heat treated, pasteurised or filtered. This means that there is a sediment, sometimes called the 'Mother' present, which is really good for you but can make the liquid cloudy, or lead to bits of the sediment floating in the liquid. Take this a a sign of quality.
Use as you would any good vinegar, for salad dressings, sauces and mayonnaises. Not ideal for chips though!
