This flavourful balsamic vinegar is not heat treated or pasteurised and is free from preservatives. It is a lovely authentic vinegar and is traditionally made in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy.
Use as you would any good vinegar, for salad dressings, sauces and dipping. Try adding a few teaspoons to gravy to boost its flavour. Not ideal for chips though!

To glaze a leg of lamb, simmer 200ml of balsamic vinegar in a saucepan to reduce by two thirds.
