The natural brewing method of this savoury condiment captures the essence of ancient oriental tradition using scientific, modern-day technology. After heat-treating, crushing, mixing and culturing the soybeans are put in fermentation tanks with salt and water. The mix is then stored in tanks for a six month aging period before being pressed, pasteurised, refined and bottled into the 5ltr plastic container.
