In an economical larger 5 litre container, this flavourful balsamic vinegar is not heat treated or pasteurised and is free from preservatives. This lovely authentic vinegar is made in the Emilia Romagna region of Italy.
Use as you would any good vinegar, for salad dressings, sauces and dipping. Not ideal for chips though!

To glaze a leg of lamb, simmer 200ml of balsamic vinegar in a saucepan to reduce by two thirds.
