This vegetarian Suet is made without gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs or nuts. You can use it in mincemeat, christmas puddings, suet pastry and dumplings. This is similar to shredded beef suet and is used as a vegetarian substitute in recipes, but it can give very slightly different results to animal suet.
